Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for high-voltage analog device model extraction and related test pattern design;

2. Responsible for the complete process of high-voltage analog device model extraction and model verification;

3. Assist process adjustments and model updates, and solve model application problems for circuit designers.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering, semiconductor physics, microelectronics, etc., have a good foundation in semiconductor physics, and be familiar with high-voltage and analog semiconductor device testing and analysis, parameter extraction and model simulation;

2. Proficient in BSIMProplus, SPICE, SPECTER and other related EDA tools, and proficient in using cascade probe station, HP4156 and other test instruments;

3. Have more than 3 years of experience in modeling high-voltage analog devices, be proactive, responsible, conscientious and careful, and have a good team spirit.
