Job Responsibilities

1) Responsible for RF/microwave/millimeter wave chip design and simulation verification;

2) Responsible for RF/microwave/millimeter wave chip layout design and simulation;

3) Responsible for RF/microwave/millimeter wave chip testing and debugging;

4) Responsible for writing relevant documents.

Job Requirements

1) Master's degree or above in communications, automatic control, electronics, microelectronics, computer-related fields;

2) Proficient in using one or several design software: Cadence, ADS, AutoCAD, HFSS, SIP, EMX, etc.;

3) Candidates with RF integrated circuit development process and CMOS/SiGe technology are preferred;

4) Candidates with design experience in one or more of the following microwave chips are preferred: LNA, Mixer, PA, VCO, VGA, Switch, frequency divider, frequency multiplier, etc.;

5) Applicants with various types of RF and microwave test instruments are preferred: vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, phase noise analyzers, etc.
