Description
Job Responsibilities
Establish a link between the company and the fab, support discrete product engineers in establishing processes in the fab, work with fab engineers to resolve process issues and integration issues, and generate technical design rules for the fab.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in EE, physics, materials science or related majors, more than 5 years of process integration experience in power discrete technology (Trench MOS, SGT, IGBT and SJMOSFET) and BCD technology;
1. Have basic skills in test pattern definition and drawing;
2. Be very proficient in checking WAT data and SPC data analysis to improve production;
3. Have basic and critical process knowledge.
